Code of Ethics
Movimoda One S.r.l., Movimoda S.p.A. and Piumovimoda S.r.l., hereinafter collectively referred to as “MOVIMODA”, adopt this Code of Ethics and the related disciplinary system, which sets out the principles that have always guided the strategic and governance choices of the above-mentioned companies.
The Code of Ethics is an official document and forms an integral part of the Organisational Model adopted pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 by each of the aforementioned companies. It represents a fundamental tool for reaffirming the values in which all companies of the MOVIMODA Group believe and identify. The Code of Ethics and the disciplinary system also constitute an essential element for the prevention of any potential liability of the companies for unlawful conduct, clearly defining the duties and standards of proper behaviour to which all employees must adhere, as well as the sanctions applicable in the event of violations.

Whistleblowing
The purpose of this document is to implement the regulations on so-called “Whistleblowing” (Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023, implementing EU Directive 2019/1937) and to provide the necessary information for reporting unlawful conduct, in compliance with and in accordance with the safeguards established by the relevant legislation.
